Eric's Story

Eric experienced relocating numerous times with his family, as the son of a now retired Canadian Naval Officer. Eric was born in Victoria, B.C, from there, Eric and his family were posted to Moosejaw, Sask., Calgary, Alb., Germany and finally Halifax, N.S. Eric has also lived and worked in the United Kingdom. Because of these re-locations and his significant travel experiences, it has peaked Eric’s interest in the Real Estate industry. He has now settled here in Fredericton where he and his wife, Dawn now reside on the Northside.

Eric has over ten years experience in the Tourism & Hospitality industry to contribute to Exit Realty Advantage. He also has a strong knowledge, honesty and dedication to provide his clients with an unparalleled “Client experience”.

Eric has been described as honest, loyal, environmentally conscious, good under pressure and a big softy when it comes to animals. Eric and his wife share their home with 3 cats and a rescued blind dog from the Oromocto SPCA.

Eric has always been community minded even in his younger years, when he was a volunteer referee for Minor hockey and soccer in Halifax, NS. During his time in Fredericton thus far, Eric has been an assistant coach for the Nashwaaksis Middle School Boys Junior Varsity soccer team (2007), Head coach of the Nashwaaksis Middle School Boys Junior Varsity soccer team (2008), leading the team to the gold medal. He has also volunteers his time in the winter months refereeing for the FYHA. When Eric does have free time you can find him working in his yard, playing hockey, soccer, and golfing or enjoying time with is family.
