Eric’s Story
Eric Holman, the son of a retired Canadian Military Officer, has travelled, moved and relocated numerous times with his family and on his own. He was born in Victoria, B.C, re-locating quickly became a way of life as he moved with his family to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, then Calgary, Alberta, then to Germany and then finally to the Canadian maritime region at Halifax, Nova Scotia. Eric enjoyed the newness and challenges of living in an area for the first time and being a bit of a traveler, he has also lived and worked in the United Kingdom. Eric’s interest in the Real Estate industry came naturally due to his experience with Military relocations and his significant travel experiences. He has now settled in Fredericton, NB with his wife Dawn and has begun his journey as a Professional REALTOR(R) with Exit Realty Advantage.
Eric has over eleven years experience in the Tourism & Hospitality industry where customer service was always his primary goal. This “Customer First” attitude is coupled with his extensive knowledge of the current Real Estate Market gained over the past years; his honest approach and dedication to provide his clients with an unparalleled “Client Experience”. Eric has been described as trustworthy, honest, loyal, and environmentally conscious and a big softy when it comes to animals. Eric and his wife share their home with 2 cats and 2 rescued dogs from the local SPCA.
Eric is very community minded, as a young person he was a referee for Minor Hockey as well as Soccer in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Now as an avid community member in Fredericton, Eric has been an Assistant Coach for the Nashwaaksis Middle School Boys Junior Varsity Soccer Team (2007), Head Coach of the Nashwaaksis Middle School Boys Junior Varsity Soccer Team (2008), leading their team to the District Gold Medal and the Head Coach of the Nashwaaksis Middle School Boys Varsity Soccer Team (2009-2011). In the winter months, Eric continues to referee in the Fredericton area.
When Eric does have free time you can find him working in his yard, playing recreational hockey, soccer, and golfing or enjoying time with is family.
